About the studio

The way we work

Made with care. Built with purpose.

Design & development in the same conversation.

Lobos Design is a two-person design and development studio based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, run by Antonio Silvestre and Vincenzo Sorrentino. We work in English, Italian and Spanish with businesses in Italy, France, the UAE and the US, on branding, websites and products, process optimization and AI integration.

Lobos is a digital studio for websites, workflow automation and AI assistants. We care about how the work looks, how it behaves and how it fits into your business.

An idea, a brief, or a problem to solve.

The approach

Think about the whole experience.

The page someone lands on. The form they fill out. The information that reaches your team. Each is part of the same experience.

We work across design and implementation so these pieces can fit together. Your brief determines which services belong in the project; the scope makes those choices explicit.

Working together

Room for ideas.
A clear way forward.

Useful review points keep the work understandable as it moves from a conversation to something you can use.

  1. Define the right project.

Agree on the audience, priorities, deliverables and dependencies. Put the scope and review points in writing before the build.

At this stage / A shared brief

  2. Make it tangible.

Explore structure, content and visual direction. Review layouts or a working prototype while there is room to question the details.

At this stage / A direction to review

  3. Build and check.

Develop the website, connect the workflow or configure the assistant. Test the relevant journeys, from mobile forms to automation failures and human handoff.

At this stage / A working version to test

  4. Put it in your hands.

Prepare the launch and walk through the finished work. Agree on access, day-to-day changes and any follow-up support.

At this stage / A clear handoff

Who you work with

Two founders, one conversation.

The handoff

Ready for the day after launch.

A handoff should make the work usable beyond the project. We define what is transferred, how it is maintained and where responsibility sits.

The work itself
The agreed design files, code and documentation, with third-party tools and licences identified.
Access & responsibility
A clear record of the accounts involved, who manages them and where your content lives.
Everyday changes
A walkthrough of the tasks you need to manage, from editing a page to checking a workflow or updating an assistant’s sources.
The next step
Any maintenance, monitoring or further improvements defined separately, so you know what happens after launch.

Handoff items and ongoing support are set out in the project scope.
